Probably the most outrageous musclecar ever produced, maybe the wildest passenger car to ever come out of Detroit...the world ?..1969 Dodge Charger Daytona Hemi..the fact that this car ever saw the light of day indicates to what length (hah) Mopar would go to torpedo Ford, its bitter NASCAR rival...its called "use a bigger hammer"...its the American way...designed at NASA (yup)...for NASCAR...and sold to anybody with a down payment, decent credit and a long enough garage...so politically incorrect that it could never be produced in any era but the Sixties...easy to find in a parking lot...guided missiles disguised as cars like this brought all the politicians, underwriters and naysayers into the game...hasnt been the same since...but what a time we had...Honda this !
